Run or bike along the famous Boardwalk and walk to local eateries and shops. This Tropical Retreat is now offered as a seasonal, monthly rental for 31 night minimum stay this summer! Please read before inquiring as this is priced per month and based on seasonal rates. Peak Season Summer rates are higher than spring, fall, and winter months. Fall lease also available at lower monthly rate. Excellent location close to Belmont Park and within walking distance of all the attractions and eateries! This is a great value and very close to the beach, just steps away from the boardwalk. You will love our location. Only three doors to the shore, near the corner of Ocean Front Walk and Dover Court. Bright and sunny cottage-style unit with a big patio area and covered parking. We have two of these cottages sitting side by side. Our Sandcastle is located on the beach OCEAN side of Dover Court in South Mission Beach, just 3 blocks south of Belmont Park. Enjoy grilling and dining while just steps away from the deep blue sea, the boardwalk, the beach, and the surf! Close to the action, yet quiet and relaxing for a peaceful stay. We are located on the surf side right in front of lifeguard tower #12 in the summer months. Lots of windows give this beach house character and a beach cottage feel. We have a strict no pet-policy to keep our homes clean and allergy-free for all guests! The Famous roller coaster at Belmont park, local grocery markets, and oceanfront dining are all within a 2 to 3-block walk. Lots of bike, kayak, surfboard, and sailboat rentals are all nearby.
